Usher has confirmed the track listings for both his new EP Versus and the new deluxe edition of his smash-hit album Raymond V. Raymond.

The EP will feature eight new tracks and will also be included with the deluxe edition. Both collections will hit stores August 24.

Raymond V. Raymond first hit stores on March 30 and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, moving 329,000 copies in its first week.

Versus features tracks produced by Polow Da Don as well as Max Martin, and will also feature a remix of “Somebody to Love” featuring Justin Bieber.

For Usher’s upcoming EP “Versus,” he’s going to go head to head with some of the biggest names in pop music. Among the artists joining him on the new tracks are Jay-Z, Ciara, and his own protégé Justin Bieber.

The first single, “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love,” hits radio this month and features rapper Pitbull. The single was produced by Max Martin, whose known for being the hitmaker behind some of Britney Spears and Katy Perry’s biggest hits.

Jay-Z and Ciara will both guest on “Hot Toddy,” which is slated to be the second single from the set. Justin Bieber is set to appear on the previously-released remix to his track, “Somebody To Love.”

Rapper Bun B will appear on the track “Get In My Car.” Other new track names include “Lingerie,” “Love ‘Em All,” and “Stranger.” The separately released version of “Versus” will also include his R&B hit “There Goes My Baby.”

“Versus” will also be bundled with “Raymond v. Raymond” as a 22-track set, featuring the hits “OMG,” “Papers,” and “Lil’ Freak.” “Versus” and the deluxe edition of “Raymond v. Raymond” will hit stores on August 24th .

Usher is taking advantage of the upward streak he’s on with his current album, “Raymond V. Raymond,” by releasing another album titled “Versus” on August 24th.

The set, the sequel and final chapter of “Raymond V. Raymond,” will feature eight new songs, including first single “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love,” featuring Pitbull and produced by Max Martin, and second single “Hot Tottie,” helmed by Polow Da Don.

On August 24, fans will also have the opportunity to purchase “Raymond V. Raymond (The Deluxe Edition),” which will contain all songs from both “Raymond V. Raymond” and “Versus.” The hit “There Goes My Baby” will also be featured and rapper Bun B is one of the collaborators.

“Raymond vs. Raymond” was officially certified PLATINUM by the RIAA on June 17, 2010. Congratulations to Usher!

He’s been burned before, but Usher Raymond is nothing but an optimist when it comes to love. We caught up with the devastatingly charming crooner at Thursday night’s Fifi Awards (think the Academy Awards for fragrance) where he accepted the Male Celebrity Fragrance of the Year award, to chat love, lust and even more importantly, Father’s Day.

You’re a single man now. Are you ready to start looking for love again?

Love is a journey and an adventure. The love I have had in the past has shown me a lot and I have learned a lot. Hopefully when I find the right woman, I’ll be incredible for her and she’ll be incredible for me.
 

What’s so sexy about creating a fragrance?

It’s the one thing that stays on when everything else comes off. I want the gentlemen and beautiful women of the world to know I am looking for a scent that brings their true self through.

What do you think is the sexiest smell?

Say you’re stuck in an elevator with a fan. What would you chat about?

I would probably look at her and say “You thinking what I’m thinking?” It’s something I haven’t done yet. There’s a few elevator ups I haven’t had yet.

You have two beautiful sons. What are your plans for Father’s Day?

Just being with my sons, taking some incredible pictures and getting some hugs. I would love for them to make breakfast for me, but I don’t think they’re up for that. They’ll make me the best cereal.

The Fragrance Foundation not only gave Usher an award on Thursday, they are also raising money for his New Look charity with an online auction at Charity Buzz, where participants can bid on tickets to a Victoria’s Secret fashion show, an internship with Bath & Body Works and a trip to Bermuda. Unfortunately, the ladies can’t bid on a date with Usher. They can however, try to find him in an elevator.

Usher hasn’t ruled out pulling on his wellies and joining his old pal Stevie Wonder at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.

The pair became friends after performing Higher Ground at President Barack Obama’s inauguration, and now the younger star has tipped his hero to be the must-see act on the pyramid stage at this month’s festival.

“I don’t think there’s an audience that Stevie can’t win over with his voice,” Usher told Sky News.

“If he can’t then maybe there’s something wrong with their ears! I wish him well at the show.”

Glastonbury headliners are well known for bringing on special guests, and Usher says he’d jump at the chance of playing down on Worthy Farm – even if the mud might spoil his designer clothes.

“Eventually I’ll play anywhere, as long as you’ve got a stage and a microphone I’ll do it,” he smiles.

Usher has just performed on Britain’s Got Talent to promote his 6th album “Raymond V Raymond”, which contains his number one single OMG.

Despite some recent quotes which suggested he wasn’t a fan of TV reality shows, he says the stars of last week’s final deserve their shot at fame, however fleeting.

“Everybody has their view of talent,” says Usher.

“I think everybody deserves a moment in the sun and this is obviously a show that’s really worked and is very popular.

“We’ve left the time where the star has kind of been preserved. I have no issue with it, I’ve seen very odd things, some of it is hilarious, some of it is intended for comedy and some of it is intended for a true career being built.”
