Justin Bieber and Usher will extend their working relationship, once again teaming up to record a new song to be included on Bieber’s upcoming full length album “Believe”. The two previously worked together on Bieber’s Christmas record ‘Under the Mistletoe’.

Usher tweeted a message to his followers about his excitement over recording with Justin once again.

“Just left the studio with lil bro…soundin good. URIV I’m headed out tonight…the homie Diplo is spinnin’ at Echo Plex…Let’s go! URIV”

Not long after, the message was re-tweeted by Bieber.

The current buzz is that “Believe” could be Justin Bieber’s most successful album yet. Even Justin’s manager, Scooter Braun, says this new album is unlike anything he’s ever done before.

Usher Attends The 2011 Pencils Of Promise Charity Gala

Usher came out to support Justin Bieber last night in NYC when Justin was honored for his charity work with Pencils of Promise.

“I’m so happy to be here supporting Bieber and Pencils of Promise. Adam Braun is really incredible. I’m really happy to see the beginning of something, the story starts somewhere and the dedication continues to help a lot of people, as well as a big role of an organization and he (Justin) grows as a philanthropist.”

He also answered the big question in the room — how does he feel about Justin and girlfriend Selena Gomez?

“I think they’re a great couple.” Does he give him any romance tips?

“You know I’m not an expert at it but you know maybe I have a few tips.”

“You know Justin has it down,” Usher explained. From the looks of it, he’s definitely making a lot of ladies happy.”

Justin may even be the modern day Mozart. “From the looks of it, he definitely has it going in the right direction,” Usher agreed with us. “You guys stay tuned. If you follow him on his Twitter, his Facebook and Google, I think that you guys will definitely become believers.”

Usher, no stranger to his own controversies, had these words for the Biebs: “Stay strong. And know that all of this comes with the territory.”

Aside from the drama, Usher is especially proud of Bieber’s charitable side. His mentor said he “absolutely” knew the kid from Stratford, Ontario, had a big heart from the start.

“To write a check is only half of it, but when you truly take on a responsibility to be a philanthropist, you accept an effort, and I really think that Pencils of Promise is something that has a very bright future.

Usher Premieres Duet With Justin Bieber: ‘The Christmas Song’

Usher called in to “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” to premiere the second single “Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire” off Justin Bieber‘s upcoming holiday album “Under The Mistletoe,” which is available to download from iTunes at 7:30.

“Justin and I did the classic record ‘Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire.’ This record is going to be remembered for years to come. It’s a record that has always been one of my favorites, and I’m happy that I was able to share it with Justin, and for us to put it out. The album is full of surprises, Justin’s ‘Under The Mistletoe‘ is going to be incredible!”

“It’s amazing to see the success of his career, and not only how seriously he takes it but also just how much he loves his fans. He is also really growing as an artist, and finding himself which is the most important part. You can get lost in this, but he is growing.”

Usher also recalled Ryan Seacrest’s involvement in developing Justin’s career saying, “I want the entire world to understand just how on it Ryan really is. When everybody else at the stations had doubts there was one person who truly believed in Justin’s talent and said, ‘This kid is talented, he’s the real deal, and we’re going to go for it.’ Every time I think about those conversations, and the people who really believed from the beginning. I really understand where the foundation is. I just wanted to say thank you.”
