Ciara has said that she would like to collaborate on a track with Usher so the pair can have a dance-off in the video.

The singer, whose new album is called Basic Instinct, admitted that she also wants to work with Fergie as well as the R&B superstar on her next record.

She told OK: “If I could work with anyone it would be either Fergie or Usher. I love Fergie, I love her attitude.

“When it comes to Usher, it’d be fun to see us dance together – a dance-off would be really fun. He’s an incredible performer and I really respect what he does.

“I appreciate it and think it would be really fun to do it together.”
 

Basic Instinct is out on October 5.

Reggae Sumfest organiser Johnny Gourzong has expressed pleasure at having international R&B star Usher as the headline act on International Night II, Saturday, July 24 and agreed that Usher’s performance would certainly go down as one of the best in the entire 18-year history of Reggae Sumfest.

The NY Post “heard” that Usher has challenged Bill Clinton to sing a duet with him at the New Look Foundation’s first World Leadership Awards Gala in Atlanta, where Usher, the charity’s founder, is said to have lined up a performance by Justin Bieber and an appearance by Ciara. Bill Clinton is set to host the event for Usher’s charity, which will take place on August 6 in Atlanta.

Justin Bieber is set to appear in his own TV special this week. Fresh off his Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular performance, the teen sensation will be the subject of Justin Bieber – My World, premiering on Wednesday on the E! channel.

The show will include interviews with Bieber’s mother and grandparents, who will talk about the star’s childhood. Meanwhile, Island Records CEO L.A. Reid and R&B superstar Usher will give their input about his rise to fame.

The show will also include footage captured by Bieber during his current world tour. The My World special is set to air at 10 PM Eastern Time.
