Usher, Diddy, and Mary J. Blige will host a birthday celebration for producer and songwriter Rico Love during Art Basel Miami Beach. The event will take place on Dec. 2 at Club Play in South Beach.

Grammy award-winning artists, producers and entertainment industry leaders are expected to saturate South Beach and turn out in great numbers for the celebration. Because Love’s 29th birthday bash coincides with Art Basel Miami Beach, we can expect to see the hottest names in the sports, fashion and art worlds in attendence as well.

Usher’s ‘Live From London’ DVD officially releases on DVD & Blu-Ray today!

The concert was filmed in high definition at London’s O2 Arena in the spring of 2011 in support of his chart topping “Raymond V Raymond” album.

According to a statement surrounding the DVD: “It’s a spectacular show with amazing lighting, incredible staging, and stunning pyrotechnics. There are multiple costume changes and brilliant choreography which shed light on the story behind the songs in dramatic and ground breaking ways. Despite the epic scale, the charisma and talent of Usher and his music are what dominate the show.”

‘OMG Tour – Live From London’ will also include behind the scenes with Usher and his team as they put the O2 show together and a short piece about Usher’s New Look Foundation in London.

After contributing to one of last year’s biggest radio hits, Far*East Movement’s “Like a G6,” Dev and the Cataracs will hit the road with Usher on the next leg of the pop star’s OMG tour.

The California singer and production duo will join Usher and previously announced opener Akon on the North American trek for 17 dates, beginning Apr. 28 in Orlando, Fla. The Cataracs will also perform on the tour without Dev on Apr. 30 in Charlotte, N.C. and May 7 in Newark, N.J. (Akon and Tinie Tempah will be the sole openers on two of Usher’s dates, Apr. 27 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and June 1 in Los Angeles.)

Although Dev (real name: Devin Star Tailes) has yet to release her debut album, the 21-year-old singer tells Billboard.com that she and the Cataracs, who will be taking the stage at the same time despite being separate entities, aren’t nervous about playing to arenas across North America.

“The Cataracs and I have a really cool live performance set up, and a lot of our songs are featuring each other, so it works out really well. It’ll be 20 minutes of hotness,” says Dev.

As for hanging out on the road with Usher, whom she met while performing at an event hosted by their shared manager, the singer says, “I definitely f**k with Usher, and it was really cool getting to meet him and see him up close and personal. He has a really cool aura about him — he’s really humble, but you can definitely tell that he’s a huge superstar.”
