New Years Eve Pics: Usher, Beyonce, & Jay-Z In St. Barts

Usher, Beyonce, and Jay-Z celebrated New Years in St. Barts this year. Word is, they were attending a party for Libyan dictator, Moammar Khadafy’s son. Beyonce was reportedly paid 2 million to perform.  L.A. Reid and Russell Simmons also attended.
